Why would any parent opt for a Cat 3 Academy if they can get their lad into a Cat 1 with better facilities, more coaches, more coaching hours and better standard opponents? On the day we were playing Barrow first team in the Central League, Rovers academy side were at home to PSV |

Just an odd tangent....I learned last week that the Barrow first team trains in Manchester, a case of accessibility for most of the players and staff!
