In terms of Management, which I am better versed in than Football, you are paid to get the best out of your resources & get results. If you can't /don't you get fired. Also, if you've been dealt an unfair hand & are expected to make a "silk purse out of a sow's ear" you go find another job before the inevitable. I find it totally incredible that for 2yrs we've had no RB, let alone a RWB. Neither do we have a proper LWB. If the Chairman can't deliver a RB then RL should walk out. I understand the situation with the Pool RB but he has an injury record & we have no cover. Barmy. This Squad has been unbalanced for years & we know where the blame lies.

Got to agree with chris1987,and Phantom Winger, about Lowe's formation he doesn't deviate from it. Yes we have some new better players come in but they still cannot work with his formations. My other concern he has brought Brady back when the young lad Best was playing a blinder. I believe that some of Best play was the contributing factor to the good start to the season. Since he has been dropped and Brady brought in the results have gone backwards. If we can see this why cant Lowe! |

Loved the goal by KWP. Brilliant, but the only opportunity they have had. The Ref failed to recognise a shot was deflected by an outstretched arm. Why can he or his assistants see this. Where's VAR when7yoy need it?
