If I renew it will mainly be social reasons.
I’ve known the guys in Blocks C and D for 15 years.
The football pre Blackpool was stagnant and there’s much uncertainty on the playing side for next year.
So habitual loyalty may win the day. Plus I’m effectively paying full price for only 10 games.

I cant see why "half" wouldn't renew. maybe a 1000 or so that didn't feel they got there monies worth but as someone said on FB. "Beating Blackpool and the last minutewinner agents the Plastics was worth the money" Obviously I can't say for certain how many won't renew but I went on seven games this season and the only tickets two together were usually on the front couple of rows. We went on the Finney because we could get some at least half way back, but when we looked across to the Kelly there were huge gaps, obviously people with season tickets that didn't turn up. The most we usually got before the cheapies was around 8k, all I was saying is that 12k seats will be reserved right up till the early bird offer is over, they can't sell ST holders seat while the offer is on and many possibly wont renew. I guess you could buy one on the front row with the hope that many don't renew and you could swap before the season starts? |

There’s a couple who used to sit a couple of rows back from us didn’t renew until late, then someone bought their seats, so they ended up on Row 8, but every week they find 2 seats near their usual seats as there’s always someone not there! |

Renewed ours. Did consider not doing with the whole Uni thing, but… well it’s a hard habit to break!

Also remember that when you buy a Season Card you are helping PNEs Cash Flow, as they are getting your money "upfront". With a Forecast £11M Loss for next Season, they will need it.

Craig was pointing to the extra revenue created when attendances are higher. Turnover up to £14 million.

And the wage bill massively down on the last published figures. Even the ones published recently are the year befores with 3 managers and the likes of Sinclair and Barky still on the wage bill.
The likes of Harrop, Maguire, Bayliss etc may have been released last season but again they were payed off so not a huge amount off our financials. These players will now be well and truly off our books so our wage bill will be hugely down on the last published figures.

What we expecting after last season, was it about 11k in the end? Anything north of 8k would be an effort imo.

So , so far a number equivalent to around 50% of the new ST holders from last season have not (so far) renewed.
Says everything about the standard of the football on offer last season and views on current prospects.
Going to require 2 or 3 stellar signings to change things...about as much chance as PR admitting he has overseen £millions wasted on duff signings and contracts, and that he really ought to pack it in.

I hope there is a surge...about the only good thing last season was the gate increase showing what could be achieved (if we ever had anyone in charge capable of growing the club. The potentoial is clear;y there.

No discounts for the consesions so I imagine many of those may hold on.
