Boro always sticks in my mind as one of the best and worst away fixtures …. Ronnie Hildersley immense power blaster in the FA Cup but the aftermath of violence from them always stayed imprinted with even car doors being rived off and thrown at us away fans
Apparently Archer not in form 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Bambo needs to stick one on Akpom early on

Still in the game but Boro looking very good.
Woodmans kicking been awful.
DJ giving the ball away too often.
Potts looks knackered.
Cannon getting no service at all. Missing Ched to hold the ball up.

Not interested you get what you get in this league well out of our depth and we will be for years.

Now I am looking forward to our managers spin it will be Archer we wanted him bla bla bla

No surprise at all and lucky to get away with 4 goals total difference in class

Bambo lost his head a few times. Foul for the penalty was needless and blatant push.

Agree with most of this. The DJ bit isn’t fair in my view. What don’t see on tv is the off the ball work and he put more in today than anyone. Lowe kept switching him and AN from left to right and (apologies to keep saying this) you probably couldn’t see was that due to the formation, DJ was basically left with the task flow pressing the RCB as Cannon was alone up top AND the full back, while also trying to cut off the passing lines to Jonny Howson. We had Whiteman and Ledson (1st half) at least 40 yards deeper so DJ and Browne had no chance! Especially down the left as Alvaro seemed to have taken up camp in his own half. Add to that his ball retention stat of 86% is the highest of any of our midfield and it seems unfair to single him out.

Terrible game, great day out.

Just for the record I don’t believe the way out of this is to chuck money at it.
Just use our resources to far greater effect.
Look at Luton / Millwall.
Look where a Boro were before Carrick.
If you get decisions right you can fly up this league.
