We’ve had some bad injury luck but that’s football. Need Ched back asap.

Quote from Hull manager Rosenior in LEP.
Rosenior said: “Oh, mate. Come on, Ryan. Come on. Everyone sees the game differently, we should have been 3-0 up at half time. Come on, let's be honest about that. 🤔

Yes, RL has been dealt a poor hand ...and it's been made worse by injuries (everyone has them) and suspensions (self-inflicted in the case of Evans). But this does not change anything with regards to: - players brought in whilst here not being ready for the Champ, Parrot, Cannon, Delap, Onomah unfit - starting the season favouring 3 at the back but without a fit rwb (any manager worth his salt would have been making an issue over this) - coming out with repeated nonsense, claiming to be playing one style of football when the line-up and 'tactics' say something else - mysterious team selections, constantly swapping and changing . Besides favouring Scousers a criterion appears to be one of dropping players who make a mistake ...not playing them and telling them to put it right on the pitch. Leaving better players on the bench thasn the ones picked is a common feature - playing palyers out of position e.g Diaby did well in 3 games in ther back 3, next thing he's picked as rwb and then when he doesn't perform to the same level he's left out. McCann had the same experience earlier in the season - poor game management. I don't think there's been a single game which we have won when not in a winning position and changes have been made. It's even been rare to get a point when one behind.
I can see what he's trying to do in trying to get a younger more mobile team committed to his management, 'his team'. Unfortunately the players and his tactics/coaching are not good enough to succeed.
In the meantime the goodwill generated from the ST sale has completley gone as reflected in the number of empty seats.... because people have been watching (not sat at home all season).
The next two home games are going to be highly significant.

markos50,If the way we are playing is not his choice then why the hell is he even the manager I have no problem with fans showing loyalty to the club but remaining blind to the fact that we are very poor and confusing our league position to thinking we are doing ok is being blind to the fact that this is a rubbish league and the standard of football in div one is far higher this season

I think he has lost the players, Bauer not near the squad, Lindsay dip in form, DJ another big voice in the dressing room all seem to not be playing for him. Browne digging out his tactics after the burnley game too.

It's the senior players 71, even been told that they (or at least some of them) have been accused of being 'complacent'. You can see that he is trying to build a younger more mobile team (and one with a smaller wage bill as well). Whilst I have some sympathy with the position in which he finds himself so far there is no evidence of his ability to succeed.
But then again I believe in playing the best players available to you in the right positions and with a sensible game plan.

What?
The older players are complacent but you'd play them anyway?
