These days we are facing "scamming" everywhere & no more so than PNE, with PR & RL. Can we just have someone who cannot offer instant success but a long-term plan for survival, accepting that the Owners cannot continually fund losses. I have done it on Football Manager, but that's just a game. Nevertheless, the same disciplines apply - which PR has no understanding of. The sooner he gets ditched the better. E. G. Exactly why are we still recruiting MFs when all supporters know that this is not where our problems lie? Playing 3 inexperienced Strikers at Burnley is a sackable offence to my mind.

Feels like Westley days but we’re 4 points off play offs.
I won’t renew however until the management structure at all levels changes.

It's only a couple of seasons since Hull had 39 points at this stage of the season (they had 16 games to go). They still went down...finishing bottom with 45 points. Feels more like this.
I have today started a letter to Craig Hemmings (will also copy to board members including Ridsdale) calling for Ridsdale (and |Lowe) to go...stating that after 60 years of continuous support the way the club has been run over the last few years has left me in the same position as yourself PW.

I'd give Gally the job for at least the rest of the season.
Going to cost less than keeping RL.
Marsh appears to be a competent defensive coach. I'm sure the two of them together could lift the players and do a better job than the out-of-his-depth big gob. 'Nothing wrong with the shape' yesterday...really, what game was he watching because the one I saw had wingers, partic on the right, in acres of space and taking the mick. I saw two isolated forwards and nobody in the middle of the park supporting them ( I'll credit Browne for seeing this and trying to get forward but it should not been his job given the winger he was up against) and nobody finding them with a decent pass. I saw Hughes afraid to get forward because he had no cover. It was shambolic. Nothing to do with ability...but organisation , match planning and match management.
We were fortunate to only concede 3 .

He hasn't been consistent and he is our most expensive player but a) he must be in the Squad & b) how can Woodburn be considered a better Attacking forward? If that is an indictment of RL then get rid. I'll have Nathan Jones any day. Unless we can get someone better. Goodbye RL your time is up. Plymouth are doing very well without you. |

I've mentioned it before but we are getting worse. Only Cardiff with 24 Goals has scored less than our 27 in 30 games. Playing 3 Strikers does not mean you can score Goals - in fact the opposite. If Marsh is setting up the Defence, then it is obvious where the problem is. Isn't it?

Not many teams in the whole of the FL scored less goals than us & they are all bottom clubs - which is where we are going. We're not safe yet. |

We have the sixth worse goal difference. The big issue is scoring goals, we have conceded 37 in the league whilst scoring 28.
11 teams have conceded more than us, no surprises with the bottom 3 but there is a few in mid table that are in this group.

When you start the season with one recognised but disenchanted goal scorer |through not getting the big bucks move) who subsequently gets injured, and then have to rely on a player in his 30s, who will put in a shift but lacks mobility and pace, what does anybody expect?
Then add to the equation
- negligible contribution going forward from the rwb position
- playing two defensive central midfielders
- a lack of pace in the side and pedantic build ups
then it's no wonder we can't score!
Having to now rely on not ready for the Champ forwards and the continuing punishment of the one creative player we have got (DJ) for not signing a new contract and there you have it.....
We are not scoring goals because the club is badly run, the squad unbalanced, the manager's ego is greater than his coaching ability and the team is not set up to score.

Just reading about a young English Manager at Reims - undefeated since he took over in October including 2*Draws vs PSG. Got his Coaching Certificate at Myerscough College and only 30yrs of age. Reims are paying £22k per game because he hasn't yet got a UEFA Licence, which he's trying to achieve. Get in there, we'll only have him for 2/3yrs before he gets snapped up by a big team but he could get us in the Premier League. You heard it first on Pebble 😜

You heard it first on Pebble 😜 He used to coach our u14s whilst he was at Myerscough. Heard about him a while ago. Doing an incredible job and has turned player who scored 3 goals for Boro last season into a goalscoring machine in that league. Was the top scorer in the league I think until very recently. The Will Still ship has sadly sailed for us I think. The story has got plenty of attention and will no doubt put bigger English clubs than us on alert |

No response at all Markos.....and no surprise. It was a long letter but also objective with analyses of Academy 'success', internal debt, recruitment, and commercial income since PR had responsibility for such matters. I have taken it the club can't defend the record.
