Ended up sat in the area with the players family and friends, had a mess up with my tickets. Ordered them a couple of weeks ago, me and my little lad, both in our season ticket seat. Didn’t remember them saying I needed to pick tickets up so I called the ticket office last week to confirm they had been loaded onto the season card, which they confirmed they had. Gets to the ground (luckily pretty early) and the little lads flashed red. Steward on the turnstile had a little tablet and checked the card, game wasn’t loaded and advised to go to the ticket office 😡 Walk round to the main ticket office, long queue for buying tickets and collection, wasn’t sure which I needed to be at. Thought sack this I’ll go round to the town end only ticket office, queue there as well. Getting annoyed half expecting them to send me back to the main office/collection point when some guy comes over and says do you want these 2 free tickets I’ve just got off Alan Browne. Thank you very much, saves me queuing and trying to explain the situation! Pleased you got sorted. It’s a faff picking up tickets. Should be automatically loaded on to season cards. |

In fairness I think the ticket office staff and service is generally excellent....I've never had the slightest problem and whenever I have had reason to contact the staff the response has been everything you would want.

I haven’t had a problem before but the annoying thing is that I rang to check I didn’t need to pick a ticket up. If I had I was out and about to do it then. If I wasn’t with the 5 year old I would’ve probs gone home instead of joining them queues.

You would hsve thought that after the WBA game Woodman would have learned not to play a short ball down the middle!
