3am home from that masterclass of ineptitude, credit them though they harried us throughout and desrved the win. The ground is unique luckily saw Luton on the dark. McCann never a left wing back Iversen had a shocker just proves he is human after all.
The rest hard to pick anyone who shone, never mind put it down to experience

They had 5 shots in target and scored 4!
I thought we were the better side prior to their goal.
Told PR that I won’t be claiming a refund because it was just one of those games. Great atmosphere in the away end considering

Following a conversation I had with our manager Ryan Lowe immediately after last night’s match, the club suggested that on this occasion it was appropriate to offer a refund of the ticket price to those supporters from Preston North End who travelled to Kenilworth Road for the Championship fixture last night.
Whilst this is something that we would not ordinarily consider, we do believe that for just over 600 supporters to travel on a wet Wednesday night was amazing and sadly the performance on the field was not acceptable.
Supporters work long hours and give up their hard earned money to watch our team. We really appreciate your loyalty and despite the score line you gave your vocal support right to the end.
Anyone wishing to claim a refund should contact the ticket office by callling 0344 856 1966 or attend the ticket office in person and this should be the individual who purchased the ticket or the lead booker where multiple tickets were purchased. Refunds should be claimed by close of business on Friday 25th March 2022.
It is now time for us all to regroup and come back refreshed for the remaining eight games of the season.
Thank you,
Peter Ridsdale

We were the better side until the first goal then it all unravelled.

To those you went and watched that, well done, great effort on a grotty night.
To those of you who went and pulled on a PNE shirt and played, you should look yourself in the mirror today and ask some serious questions.
We were the better team for periods but time after time they make stupid mistakes that you see at Cub football matches.
If thats Ryan Lowes free flowing attacking football he is deluded! And he hopes its a one off! He needs to make sure it is a one off, not hope!
We gifted them 4 goals and never looked like scoring. On the whole it was awful.
Blackpool must be looking forward to their Deepdale trip, I, for one are not.
I have said it before, I'm still not convinced by RL or his ability to get the best out of the players. There IS more there, he needs to find it.

Luton is a match I , and son, identified at the beginning of the season as one to attend, long time since I was last there...however there was no way we could fit in a midweek fixture so had to give it a miss. Well done to all those who did make it.
I don't think the putcome calls for any inquest..it's football, these things happen but well done to the club for offering to refund the fans.
Personally I have always thought that the squad is no better than a mid table one...disagree with Sup's view on where its going. And whilst I like the way Lowe has produced a better team to watch (ordinarily) I don't get it continuing to play wbs when we havn;t got any. Feel for McCann...he's a good midfielder and I would rather have him than Browne but he's being made to look bad being played out of position.
Could there be a silver lining in Iversen's hapless performance?

Could there be a silver lining in Iversen's hapless performance? I agree, no inquest needed, just one of those games. I e-mailed PR after the game and told him that I thought the offer of a refund was unnecessary. He e-mailed me back with an in depth reason as to why he made the offer to the travelling fans. Fair play to him, he’s very good at the communication side of things with the fans. I’d rather he give the money to Ukraine. He finished the e-mail saying that he has free tickets available for the Blackpool game (no he didn’t) link
