I thought Cressy was great but he got loads of stick for some reason. At first he did because we'd already chased him before he went to Sheffield wed . He was the next best thing apparently. So when he came I think fans expected too much. Once the critics calmed down , he went on to be excellent for pne. |

Great lad was Dicky Cresswell, a true professional, hard working and knew where the onion bag was, unlike some of the crap we have today

Cresswell was find until he went to Leeds, on his return to Deepdale he came on as sub for them was booked within a couple of minutes then sent off shortly after, felt he lacked respect for us

Cresswell was class agree with SLC never wanted to leave ultimate pro and player I know a few lads who were his mate at the time. Top player left everything on the pitch.

Looking like a good CB IMO is Storey I think the back 3 certainly suits our CBS. Don’t think you can play Lindsay and hunts in a back 3 together but Lindsay or hunts in the centre, Hughes to the left with Storey or Sepp to the right seems to work. Hopefully we can get Greg back fit and use Barky at RWB to see how he does in the role. |
