Hoping this match acts as a watershed moment for the management and the squad (both) because our current approach to games and performance levels are totally unacceptable.
Conceding within a minute of kick off 3 times in 2 weeks is amateurish. Not even striking 2 penalties cleanly within 2 minutes of each other, missing one on one chances regularly, bad back passes.
Some of these players do need to take a long hard think and decide if they want to be Championship players or not.
As for the manager I am tiring of his negative approach to games with Davies and Pearson but I don't think a mid-season change and more upheaval would benefit us. We need to get on a short run of wins, secure our Championship status and assess the situation in the summer and start to build some stability again in the dug out and in the playing squad.
