I'm pleased for Evans. Guilty verdict over turned, gets abuse everywhere, so much pressure on his shoulders and all he can do is play well and today it sounds like he has. Says alot about his mental strength

Despite Daws saying about me not watching the game Barkys sitter and playing with lower league players at the back is always going to make a difficult job even harder.A few nice plays and impressed with our new signings its fine margins at this level that is why I am so critical of some of our players. Gut wrenching 😢

Wrong Micky...if you actually watched the match you would know that there is no way we deserved to lose. We were undone by two bits of woeful defending. Other than that we were creative, had numerous efforts on goal, and never stopped working. Rotherham keeper kept them in it.
It all looked very promising.
Downside as usual was AN...far too many changes to start with and just aimlessly throwing on subs.
Until something is done about both fbs we are always going to be liable to such a result.
Good performances from Evans, Whiteman and, in spells, Gordon.

Disappointing result, but a fairly exciting game. Whiteman and Evans looked good and Molumby is quality. At least Rovers lost as well - Friday will be interesting |

I've really gone ahai st him now. Its become painful. Not the fact uts 1 win in 7 but how many is it in say 40 over a 12 month period? One good game today against a bottom e 3 side at home doesn't make it OK. The players don't show much passion, look devoid of ideas. I've no reason now to defend his position. We are in a relegation battle. Beaten easily in Cup by bottom of the league, they also got a point at Deepdale, lost to second bottom last week and today lost to third bottom. What can't the owner and his adviser not see?? |

Played a lot better than games we've won but you can't miss that many chances and expect to win. Particularly in the championship when every game is so tight

Absolute nonsense to say the players don't show passion...did anybody who actually watched the game think that today?
I thought they worked their socks off to get back into the game and you could see the disappointment when the second goal went in.
Only things wrong on the pitch today were a) defensive organisation....second goal particularly ridiculous with half the side all coming to the near post leaving space behind them b) not taking chances, partic in the first half. If Sinclair had been on the pitch instead of Barkhuizen we would not have lost this game.
14 attempts at goal, 6 on target...when's the last time we did anything like that?
Entertaining game, just the wrong result.
New players look decent ....only thing that troubles me is the manager, coaches and the lack of even one good fb. .

League one full backs costing us.
More attacking intent. More entertaining game.
Evans could be decent in a front two.
Gordon could be a real asset.
Tom B looks short of confidence.
Would play Whiteman or Ledson.
AN subs have been poor for ages.
If he doesn’t finish the season strongly I wouldn’t trust him to build another squad.

What them 4 games show is the ability of the players we have. We have a very good squad in my eyes with a few that are not at this level. Neil can no longer get anything out of them. If Paul Cook had one game with these lads I'd back them to win. We have some really good champ players and it wasn't a new player who gifted rrotherham 2 goals today.it was someone who's had plenty of game for pne. In fact its the new lads who seemed to have played well. |

Luck certainly isn’t with us at present but those whining about dull football can’t complain today.. I think if Browne (or Fisher) had started today we could have won that by a couple..
