Some pne fans stagger me 🤣🤣 . On twitter many are expecting a 4 0 home win. My guess is they have not been actually watching the games and have just seen the result 🤣 ‘Teams like Coventry’... I’ve watched every minute of every game this season Micky and even I’m not predicting any 4-0 results! I've watched i think 4 and it sounds like I've not seen the worse lol. We got beat off Rotherham and couldn't beat Wycombe so why do people think we will hammer Coventry? |

Surprised at that, could have shifted Maguire to the left and played Riis or Stockley..
I’d have swapped Ledson for Gally too

I can honestly say that I have not criticised Browne, until now. he is appalling, missed tackles, poor passing, leaving us open to counter-attack. happy if someone pays to take him. H unts works in a back 3 with 2 CHs to cover his lack of pace. So far , he has benn magnificent in snuffing out their Attacks.

Especially 1 - 0 up its crying out for Riss to come on, and I’m not sure 3 at the back is working.

I realise that we feed in a different trough to the top teams but, he lets us down and should never be considered a Captain of PNE. Look, would Roy Keane have come out with the comment that Browne came out with the other week? The team were carp, he was carp and he said thta we played like a Park team. The dressing room would have been mayhem with Keane as Captain. It wasnt good enough, the team know it wasnt good enough and that is all he can say. Sorry, but you cannot accept this rubbish and continue as Captain. Has he no pride in PNE? I leave you to think about this, because he would not start in my Team again, unless we were down to the last man. Hope he leaves and lets more committed players to perform for my Team. I've been around a long time and know character. |

2mins to half time and Browne hits the most appalling /hopeful pass across Midfield and puts them on the Counter-Attack! I cannot believe that he understands how to play football, especially when it is almost Halftime. Someone needs to speak with him because he is a liability. The Goal in the last match counts for nothing in this one. Let,s see if AN subs him.

Agree Browne appalling.
If Coventry's finishing was half as good as their build up we'd be getting hammered.
Usual issues....AN being more concerned with matching Coventry's formation than in what we can do to them/
With Barkhuizen and Maguire at the front the ball was never going to stick. To make matters even worse DJ , Gally and Browne being outplayed in midfield by Hamer (looks a decent player) and O'Hare...when not being caught in possession they arem't picking passes and half the time going square.
Earl not in the game going forward...need to get Hughes off, drop Earl back, move Maguire to the left and get Riis on.
Side is seriously missing Sinclair and Ledson.

It’s a good job they are rubbish!! Browne and Gally having a nightmare.. Potts and Ledson on IMO if AN is to stick with this formation..play Potts at no 10 with Maguire and bring DJ deeper!

Managed to see this one on a stream and once again we are awful but seem to be winning. Next goal big, if its Coventry they'll go on to win imo, if its us then I don't see cov coming from 2 down.

Gally isn’t in the game because they are pressing him so Ledson would have matched up their press and countered Hamers’ space. Allan Browne has been poor all season so no surprise tonight |

Impressed with Coventry. High press and almost a midfield four making overlapping runs, basically turning Gally into a passenger. Good job they can’t finish because otherwise they have been excellent and are impressive. We need a change of shape I think and go back to 4231, give us more chance to get control of the middle of the park. Oh, and make sure Browne puts his boots on the correct feet this half!!!

It's the level of performance that upsets me. I dont think that 3 at the back is necessarily a mistake - HUnts is pplaying well and not being exposed for Pace. Midfield, where we apparently have loads of good players?, is not functioning. Need a change in MF or a change in Formation, but would welcome anyone to replace Browne. Just like him to score the winning goal but he is poor.

I know people keep wondering why Neil swaps and changes and want ledson on but I think its because of the schedule.might needs ledson fit for when we sell dj and don't replace him.

I can see AN’s reluctance to play Earl - he’s poor at one v ones. For a few games he get beaten far too often
